Incubation:
1. A process of nurturance
2.An intentional and welcomed pause that allows the weaving of intuition, visionary creation & growth
3.A cohort learning journey rooted in our relationship with Land
-
Incubation is a cohort style learning journey that will bring multiple groups in reunion together to learn and share with one another over the span of 9 months, March - Nov 2027.
The learning journey will include 2 in person retreats as well as monthly sessions held by a core facilitation team and solidarity collaborators.
Session elements will include earth guardianship, preemptive visioning and organizing, explorations of power and shadow, repair and normalizing tensions, building support teams, funding, legal and governance structures, and most importantly, listening to the land.

The Invitation
Centering Black, Indigenous, migrant, and diasporic land stewards of color, Incubation is held as a vision that sees climate resilient inter-generationally sustained sanctuaries flourish in all ways. We know that when given the space, the Earth always finds her way back to regeneration. Incubation holds the vision that human and more than human kin can find their way to regenerate together. Human regeneration not only includes healing with land and re-anchoring relationship to place, but reviving systems of relational governance; systems of care and repair, that are reflective of our values and moral compasses in alignment to the world we long to not only create, but the elements of life we hope to return to.
We intend for incubation to be an offering and container that will simultaneously support learning and unlearning together for the long term sustainability and intergenerational stewardship of Lands and Sanctuaries.
If you feel ready and in need for pause and deepening in relation to the people and lands you are tending, Incubation may be for you.
